Our approach

What care looks like when your therapist actually knows you

Recovery isn't a series of disconnected appointments. It's one relationship, from your first assessment to your last session.

🤝

A real assessment, not a template

Your first visit is a thorough, hands-on evaluation of how your body actually moves — not a form and a generic protocol. Your treatment plan is built for your condition, your goals, and your timeline.

👐

Hands-on at every session

Joint mobilization, myofascial release, manual stretching, dry needling. Skilled hands find what machines and exercise sheets miss — and treatment adjusts the moment your body responds.

🏁

A plan that ends

Our goal is your independence, not your repeat business. You'll leave with a home program, an understanding of your condition, and the tools to keep it from coming back.

Practicing physical therapy since 1987
About Bobby

The question that shaped a 38-year career

Early in his career, Bobby Canecchio found himself doing what too many clinics still do: setting up machines and handing out exercise sheets. He asked himself one question — if my grandmother walked in here, would this be worth her time? The answer was no. It troubled him enough that he nearly left the profession.

"I don't know if you can even call it physical therapy if you're not putting your hands on the patient."

Then he found manual therapy, and everything changed. Nearly four decades later, Bobby still treats patients with his own two hands every day — now alongside his son Robert, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Two generations, one standard of care.
